there's a sensor that's on the USB charge board or connected to it that looks for moisture. LOTS of people have this problem. give this a try http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P2_J6YuOjOc maybe a hairdryer without the heat switched on helps if you don't have the puffy thing in the video. |

Put it in some rice my other half dropped his in the dogs water bowl so we put it in a bowl of rice for 2Days It Did The Trick!

Panic over. It might be worth mentioning that when you get a galaxy really wet the earpiece microphone might be very quite for a few hours. Happened to me
