Yep more and more phones and tablets are coming with type C on both ends now, soon the whole Type C with Type A on the other end will be a thing of the past.

You can get elcheapo USB-C to USB-A adaptors on ebay, but don't use them to flash your phone. You can also be brave and solder a USB-A onto a USB-C cable after beheading the undesirable connector. Check the pinouts first! You don't want to be sending +5v down the data lines. |
