On my quad i want more torque, how shud i change the rear sprocket, atm it has 14tooth front and 40tooth on the back, quad has gud top end, but getting there is slugish, the wheels are biger then what they shud be. |

You need smaller front sprocker or larger rear for better acceleration, which is what you are lacking?

I lack pull off, it pulls the motor dead then it starts going as i get higher in the rpm

the gearing is messed up cause you got bigger wheels, id put smaller ones on and it will be fine

i have a cbr 600 rr and wanted more pull,so i went 2 up at the back,and 1 down in front!i made a huge differance!

Maybe you have sumit wrong with carbs or injection.

dude don't mess with the motor and box if it starts fine and runs to a good top end. Take 424's advice and change your front and rear sprocket and do the chain as well or you will shorten the life of your new sprockets. Have fun
