i know this is BB post but the idiots over in GAME post are not answering me so my question: is a psp plug n play or do you need software to connect to pc. my pc says it doesn't recognise the device on windows7 and XP but when i connect to my tv's usb it shows all files on m.card |

hi ricky, i have no idea but, if i were you, i'd start by reading the manual of the psp. i'm sure it'll answer most questions. i'm also not a technological advanced person, so i do request the manuals from the net in order to try and get answers. my son says his friends plugs theirs into the tv so the playscreen is bigger. i myself dont know. hope you find help.

you will need to either get the drivers for the pc, or set the psp as ma55 storage mode. however Windows Vista and 7 are funny with some devices, I also suggest a shorter USB lead, as it may be losing power to connect to PC, also never use front USB ports with storage devices, always use rear USB because of power is better.
