Im in excellent 3g area, even got 3g signal on my blackberry Torch 9800, but only get 17-20 kb/s as with Cellc, i get 160 plus kb/s. Tha darn liers. What a bunch of loosers!!! Now i WILL cancel my BIS with them, first thing tmorrow morning, not in the mood now, ill just swear at the consultant! |

Why cancel something that works on pc? Cos Cellc is also working on pc, just so much faster speeds, and why pay both carriers if one can supply in all my internet needs.

This is how i get net with voda. Use a normal 3g usb modem, APN: rim.blackberry.net Username: rim Password: password. I use a K3805-z usb modem that i flashed with generic software, so it can take any sim. I share this cos im fed-up with Vodakak!!!

Not that i know of, on a bb device, the PIN is matched to the imei nr of device, normally not found on a pc. That is why Tethering is not working.At the moment usb modems cant verify the pin, but see the data is active, hence, free net.
