Once again 8ta screwed me over. Recharged airtime this morning to reactivate my bis. Cancelled my existing bis bundle then tried to reactivate it. They sent me an sms saying my bis was deactivated. When i tried to reactivate it i got an sms saying R59 was deducted from my account and another one saying there was a problem processing my request. I tried again at 6 this morning and chose to add a bundle. Same story. Anyone know how to fix this. |

ah, normal stories with them. that happens every month with me lol. just phone customer care. they'll log it, 2 working days later, they'll activate your bis and refund you for whatever extra you had as long as you have time of recharge and time of bundle purchase.

called them twice alredy, they said something bout bis being down and their technicians being on the case bt its been 4 days and still nothing. how bout u guys? fixed yet?
