The slim card I am using at the moment is a new one which I've been using for a month, when I noticed inactive slim I thought it was the reception, but not .so I put my old slim card back into the phone and still says inactive slim card. I've also phoned customer service I might as well have phoned my local off licence.... Thanks for your advice anyway...

There's always one not mentioning any names, brain of Britain has yet again crawled out from beneath the stone. If you're willing to bet me 1000 pound we could have a spelling contest.
