I've never heard of a virus made for a J2ME phone whatsoever. You only have to worry about them on Androids and Windows Mobile phones.

Oh, I should include that major Java app develepors do not know how to write 15 lines of code to make a program BREW compatible, so I doubt any script kitty is going to write a trojan horse that could upload your contact info, and that's even if you even allowed it to do so from your java permissions.
