I didn't know if I should piggyback Mels topic or start my own really but anyway.... I'm looking for a TV series to watch with my boy.. He's 13 but quite mature for his age.. Violence is fine, swearing is fine too.. Prefer not to have nudity or graphic sex scenes.... |

So far we have watched some of The Walking Dead together, although he's watched most of them on his own... We watched all Daredevil (which he enjoyed) and just finished watching all 3 seasons of Arrow (which we both really enjoyed.) Any suggestions of similar TV series would be appreciated....

Oh, also we watched the first 3 episodes of The Flash but both thought that was a bit naff...... Ideally were looking for a series with at least one full season already available....

As much as I love TWD I really don't want to watch it with my eldest. He's 13 though and some series I watched with him: Red Dwarf Hitchikers Guide to the Galaxy Twilight Zone (the old one from the 80s) He was into it as much as I was at his age, it's awesome like that. |

Smallville was good. For boys idk. My boy still watches doctor who and adventure time when hes in and not on his xbox or whatever.

Teen Wolf, Game Of Thrones although not for children it's not as bad as Walking Dead, Falling Skies just finished found that good. I would go back and revisit some classics like Quantum Leap, Sliders etc cause sci fi was great back in the day and he may not have seen them
