I saw these requirements ages ago, are these now official? ... I doubt it. Recommended is just the currently best hardware out.

They are on the official site now. The game will be a DirectX11 title. Tesselated etc

Recommended hardware is insane. I'm now expecting to see graphics that are absoulutely stunning and mindblowing. Not on my PC of course.
