one drop of geranium, two drops of peppermint and three drops of lavender in a burner will knock you the fugg out if you can't sleep.

the downside is that if your room doesn't catch fire your sinuses will be blocked in the morning by candle wax particulate.

I love to burn Rosemary and lemongrass together, I find it really uplifting, and Lavender At bedtime, I also put lavender oil on my pillow dose help me sleep

I dont use them candle burners naw, I use the Electric ones @3mel

dont use toxic oils roomsprays etc now just natural ones as its been found over long use it damages lungs
