I fancy the Barbour Seaton. They'd have to be in black. But I'm kidding myself thinking I can pull this double compromise off. What I really need is a pair of proper shoes, and then I can have more aggressive boots.

@ obi_jon - 23.04.21 - 02:14pm Get yourself checked out for kidney stones, if you haven't already. Probably the single most common cause of blood in urine but one that GPs are generally quite poor at diagnosing. Also, they have no idea what causes them, which is rather annoying if you happen to be prone to them like I seemingly am. I do have a ultra sound in July for my kidneys. So if I have stones, you think it will detect them?? Thanks for that suggestion btw! |

@ 12lives - 23.04.21 - 04:40pm I do have a ultra sound in July for my kidneys. So if I have stones, you think it will detect them?? Thanks for that suggestion btw! Yes it will, they can also break them up with ultrasound (different machine to the scanner though). You'll generally have a level of pain radiating from your kidney area (one or both sides) with stones, ranging from a dull ache to chronic. |

Now Im thinking it could be stones for sure. As I didnt know why they found blood. Thank you thanks all for these suggestions and advice. Truly appreciative! |

@ shadow27 - 23.04.21 - 02:22pm Aren't kidney stones just a build up of calcium? Yes. |

@ tranie - 23.04.21 - 03:07pm That's what I thought they were, had some years ago, hurt like hell for a few months. Doc said it was a bad diet that caused them They used to think that a dairy rich, high calcium, diet may cause them but according to my specialist this is no longer the case. People on dairy free diets still get them and there are plenty of people who live entirely on cheese that never get them either. It's more to do with how the kidneys process the calcium. It could be a genetic thing and it may be connected to dehydration but they haven't pinpointed the exact cause, or causes, as yet. |
