We've just had our biggest annual pay rise in the 21yrs I've been here, on it's percentage. My own was a record for me, but a couple others had even bigger rises to bring them up to a fairer level. It might just be that the boss wants a new Aston Martin, and is buttering us up, but I doubt it. I think it's more to do with business going well. |
