I had childhood asthma. It seemed to have gotten better in my adult years. But recently it has worsened again so much so i take my pump with me wherever i go. How do you cope with your asthma?what brings it on more? |

I always carry a pump when I go on my bike ride.Comes in real handy for punctures

Since lockdown i dont get to go to the gym so i have felt my asthma has got a fair bit worse. Warm summer days just floor me. I hope to get back to the gym next week. I struggle with mine because as a young adult it completely dissipated. Also i like in an area with very little traffic. Apart from a yard in a field over from me that has a stone mason in it. The dust that blows across is a worry. I know by law they should damped down (spray water) but the very rarely do. But possibly they would if i explain my condition to them Daily it affects my life and it is a worry (which prob dont help either) |

My sis takes ventolin and becotide.Uses to have it real bad as kid but not too bad now.

My lung damage from covid is healing up. I didn't know if it would. I can breathe really slowly again, without feeling like i'm gonna pass out. I've missed this and it's a huge relief, knowing i can get back to fitness.
