Nothing new. The tories have always believed that the rules that they impose on the public(or 'plebs', as they would say) don't really apply to themselves or their friends.

I can think of around five legal definitions of retrospective and I don't think they were referring to any of them.

And how the hell would the police necessarily know about a Christmas party being held?

Evening YDC! Insulate Britain are trying to save lives by having every home insulated..potentially saving 1000s of lives per year. Extinction rebellion are trying to highlight the environmental disasters facing us.
