The only thing I have to say is that I am back to a thirty inch waistline.

I have no idea how much I weigh and I'm not unhappy with it, could stand to lose a little/tone up but eh.

Although my jeans have been feeling tighter on the waist lately Oh well. Starting bjj classes again so that'll sweat off the extra pounds for me. |

@ mok214 - 14.07.23 - 12:34pm The only thing I have to say is that I am back to a thirty inch waistline. And I always pictured you as a 'The Rock' character. Perhaps I need to visualise you more as a Harry Potter looking chap now. |

I'm slowly getting back to normality. I reached a peak of 71kg earlier this year and decided it was enough. With an aim to get back to 65kg I've been pushing against the covid slowdown habits. Today, the pallet scales are showing 65kg. Well, 65.8 but it'll do. |

@ sisfreak2017 - 17.01.23 - 10:39pm What's your current weight and are you happy with it. If you're unhappy, are you planning to reduce/increase your weight? Apparently, I'm slightly a fat bast*rd. 6' 1'' height and 14stone 2 pounds. NHS BMI says I need to loose 10 pounds to be in their healthy weight guide. http://www.nhs.uk/live-well/healthy-weight/bmi-calculator/ I think I shall do just that. I'm never really satisfied and always try to be better in terms of fitness and overall health..it's not easy being so sexy like me ya know |
