I heard they have them in storage for ages here before they go on the shelves. Think I read it here. They are fine out of the fridge but like most things, they last longer cold. Australia knows

@ crail - 21.04.21 - 01:21am Bought a new fridge this year. Came with an egg holder. But they never refrigerate them in store I thought every fridge came with that eggy thing. I always put eggs in the fridge I remember as a child we had a ceramic dish with lid. It looked like a hen sat on a nest. This sat on top of our fridge (obvz a very small fridge back then cuz even i could reach). So these was room temp. I have no clue |

@ wakeup4 - 20.04.21 - 10:03pm Perfectly fine in the cupboard This is also true. I used to be a caterer when i was young, and the restaurant didn't refrigerate them even though the fridge was bigger than my bedroom and had room. Eggs are effectively unopened, you'd refrigerate them if you'd cracked the yolks out into a bowl. |
