For me, its 4 for sure. Better hardware, much better camera and video, retina display is amazing.

No brainer, same as asking, should I buy an xbox that's been out for 2yrs or new wifi slim for same money? Ip4 all the way, 3g/s would be a backward move.

Much does depend on your personal financial situation. If you can afford the iP4, get it. If not, the 3GS is still veryyyy nice.

hmm ok ty all i will decide wuts best for me its just i dont know how i'll go with the touch haha.. But i will think about it once i get a good job later on ip4 aint cheap bleh but if its a great phone then i guess its worth to buy ay.. Well ty for advices :)
