my mate has just got an iphone 5s and when he goes on the store and touches the free option, most of time nothing happens, or sometimes it will work if he touches it about 6 times. But all other touch operations on the phone work fine. He has good network signal, is this a fault on the store, and or some other software fault? Has anybody else encountered this frustrating issue? Cos he says it makes him feel like throwing his phone out the window lol
