I'm not sure what you're talking about, I'm assuming you meant the iTunes card and the App Store cards? I thought they are all the same once it's redeemed they all just go in to your Apple ID account, and you can do what you like with it, whether it's to purchase games apps ringtones music books or renew subscriptions
