Also our sincere and grateful thanks to terry and steve of the lifeboat crew whose rapid response and action was and is second to none, thank you guys so much, let's all give the lifeboat crew a good round of applause for all they do, and for standing by out here all day. Wolfie put down the microphone, and went out on deck and joined in with all the applause, cheering and whistling, while ljs gave several blasts on the ships horn, which was all acknowledged by a long blast on the lifeboat horn

Kristy started giggling, your a silly bug*er sometimes but i love you said kristy, i love you too i just wish you hadnt arranged that party tonight, i was looking forward to going home said wolfie, a ship always has a party at the end of the regatta and ross thought it must be our turn, i checked with the harbour master and he said it should have been the Stella but they had to leave early and i sort of got talked into having it on the Cornish Lass, sorry said kristy, oh i see i think ross knew

it was Stella turn, we waved them off said wolfie, ross does like a good party all those lovely girls to dance with, hes had demelza and mia cooking all afternoon and paul and i sorting out the decorations, we're all worn out said kristy and laughed, hes a cunning old fox i will have words with him later said wolfie

Wolfies mobile rang while he was on the radio to roger telling him to send telegraph requesting bill burgess of the helem jane to drop anchor where he is due to the regatta and a lot of boat and shipping movements in the area,,

The helen jane captain has just confirmed that he is happy to anchor in the widest area of the estuary for us now sir,,he is at anchor six miles off our starboard bow, and has all lights on,, over! Yes, roger that, message recieved, and noted and recorded,.. Thank you for that, stand by, roger, over and out!. Wolfie said in a calm voice then picked up his phone and said to tim as he re dialled the caller,,,. See how hectic it gets up here son,. Still want to be a ships captain?

Tell you what we will do, we will keep in touch, i will ask the lovely, delectable, lushious lynnette to give you an application to complete, you and your parents sign it, and ljs and i will sign it in the presence of jim or ross, and it will be sent on to duncan mc dougall of the agency in london, he is an interesting man too, and has sailed with ljs for a number of years, may not make out what he says tho, as he has a strong scottish accent,
