When your down, stressed or just plain mad? I most certainly do, fast aggressive music usually does it for me. Tonight Annihilators latest offering Feast is beating the blues into submission |

completely depends on the mood. but music is as much as your surrounding as the weather and so on, simply - the place you are in. agressive music can be soothing also. and chillout music not always may calm u down.

Depressive suicidal black metal mostly, I know it sounds weird... but the music takes me to a peaceful trance-like state. It's amazing what music can do to you. And then again I listen to Pink Floyd too.

Punk Rock, Melodic hardc*re, Post Grunge songs for me. Depending a lot on mood. When I'm happy I listen to a lot of trance songs. I also like listening to Peter Heppner.

Different moods, different genres. I like listening to Punk (and all its sub genres), Pop, Some Attitude era WWF entrance themes. IDK wot genre 'Unicorn Kid' falls under, but his music brings my spirits up. :)

It calms you and lowers blood pressure, can even give you a hit of dopamine when you listen to music you really like. You know that head in the clouds release usually involving your body breaking out in goosebumps, that.
