I'm either joking or dissing modern day rappers like lil Wayne when I speak of rap. I actually often enjoy listening to Tu pac, B.I.G, Ice cube and some other artists from time to time, some old school hip hop is pretty good, I'm no elitist lol

Speaking of which Slayer's collaboration with Ice T was fantastic and some bands combining elements of rap with metal are quite good, Biohazard comes in mind

when sep 1st appeared on the scene, slayer would childishly call them s**t in every interview they did.. it was quite funny that they obviously felt threatened by such a newcomer.

Well in all fairness It was Sepultura who started it, they called slayer fascist neo-n.a.z.i.s in various interviews because of their tracks like angel of death, Behind the crooked cross and ss-3..Slayer retaliated by calling them (not sure about the exact words) but something like sepultura and Max being c.ock sucking losers from Brazil.. Ironically Max himself claims Angel of death is his favorite track and he played it several times in live shows from what I remember.

@ 3mel - 5.01.13 - 07:58am Sepultura are just better, slayer guitar solos are stupid. Slayer's guitar solos are stupid? I can name many tracks by them now with most amazing solos I have ever heard of in the thrash metal scene like the Antichrist solo, South Of Heaven, Seasons In The Abyss... etc etc |
