another usefull app is conky (AppMan) app shows system info including how much root space you have left. its important to keep an eye on how much rootfs you have left, if it gets too low you will proberbly have to flash your device. be carefull when installing apps from testing and devel repositories as not all apps are optimised and they will take up your precious root space.

RX-51_2009SE_3.2010.02-8_PR_COMBINED_MR0_ARM.bin is currently latest release for global, but if you wish to restore the regional firmware, they are listed on site to. RX-51_2009SE_1.2009.41-1.VANILLA_PR_EMMC_MR0_ARM.bin this is to format or reset the storage and wipes out everything on phone, so use only for complete factory reset. It is used in same way as the flashing of firmware

Once the flasher prog is installed, you need to enter a command prompt and navigate to the directory where it is installed and the firmware(s) file you downloaded should be located - Drive C - Program Files - maemo - Flasher-3.5

you need to shutdown your phone and put it in FLASHING mode, Once device is powered off, open the keyboard, press and hold the letter U and plug in your USB cable while holding down the U key, the screen will say nokia and you will have a USB symbol in top right corner of screen... *Note the screen backlight DOES NOT come on for this, MAKE SURE YOUR BATTERY IS FULLY CHARGED ALSO BEFORE PROCEEDING
