@ vampboy - 3.01.21 - 11:43pm A single Nolan's Batman movie is a thousand times better than 99 per cent of Marvel movies produced in the last 10 years. but the DCEU didn't exist as a concept when those films were created, the subsequent replacements don't do much to help the situation either. |

half the people working in Hollywood today don't know to make a good, compelling movie. it's like the ability was lost en masse. that assumes that they even care. if a bad film makes lots of money it'll get a sequel and a great film will be considered a failure by financial performance alone. |

@ 3mel - 3.01.21 - 11:52pm but the DCEU didn't exist as a concept when those films were created, the subsequent replacements don't do much to help the situation either. There was never a DCEU, unlike Marvel who market and use the term MCU, neither DC nor WB have used or acknowledged the term. DCEU was a term a media reviewer made that stuck in fan circles. As such, they were never entrapped to a DCEU, and with its low financial success, they are abandoning a series of connected films for more individual films, e.g. de-emphasized continuity of BoP and Shazam, no connections for Joker and The Batman. Zack Snyder will have no future part. |

I think that's how they should have been doing it from the start. Y'know? Make solo films for all their main heroes first then expand, movies like suicide squad and shazam, Gotham city sirens or whatever the hell they're working on shouldve come out later on in the dceu and films like green lantern, flash, Batman, etc should have come out right after man of steel! Not rush into batman vs Superman and JL. And for the love of God recast Lex Luthor.

@ trunking - 3.01.21 - 10:45pm She makes a convincing Greek! The Cheetah vs Wonder Woman rivalry wasn't that much 'there' I went in it because it's looong! Very long, but I never noticed that.. It was quite interesting I didnt quite like that cheetah either and didnt see the connection there or probably just missed it. I did like the ending the most. I just thought it was superb. |
