if i try goto sleep exactly the opposite occurs and im awake all night , you know yourself when your fkd and perhaps try to stay awake n break n lose stuff etc , lots of hard exercise or alcohol tend to work work or even a diazepam if a sleep us a must.

It varies greatly. A good sleeping pattern is most of it, it doesn't take long after work. But I work days and nights so my body clock is always a mess. A strong beer and some low energy, high fat/protein food - if you've been eating energy release food such as breads/pasta or anything sweet then you're on your own. Get under the duvet. Like you're sealed in there all cosy. This reduces oxygen levels and mellows you out - don't worry, you won't suffocate.. And one more thing - oh no, you're female, that won't work so well. But what the hell, try it anyway. I am of course talking about drinking some hot milk before bed. And not that skimmed rubbish either. Your digestion user energy to deal with fat/protein so some full fat milk really helps. Or cheese, if it doesn't send you mad. |
