I have one yeah, it's in my mind. It's always up to date and always realistic. Well, not always. Some of it is just a haze i'm weakly drawn to but I tend to get there eventually. Because we have forefocus and subfocus, and we're drawn to them subconsciously. |

no i dont. all my goals are in my mind and im fully aware of them. its my life after all if i had to write them down as a reminder it must mean i can forget. and if i can forget it must mean they are not that important. |

However, when I was a teenager and it was harder being me, I was putting little poems and qoutes on the walls of my room to keep me positive. It was a good strategy.
