You get this cook-in bags at the super markets. You put the meat and dry spices in that and it becomes like an oven pressure cooker. The meat is soft, o so soft. It's a technique chefs call en papilot. Try it. It's lovely.

I have seen those cook in bags often advertised on the television, have not yet tried any, so when i next go shopping will get a pack,and use. Thanks for that..
