So today a girl in her early 20s asked for some lottery tickets and some f*gs. I ID'd her, then got her lottery tickets and asked 'anything else', forgetting about the f*gs she had asked for. She then seemed a bit pissed off and said 'did you just ID me for the lottery' (you have to be 16 to play, so she was thinking that maybe I thought she was 15). I just said no and it's the whole Challenge 25 thing, because I'm not sure if you look over 25. Anyway, do you get ID'd? |

Just to explain a bit further, Challenge 25 means you have to ask ANYONE, who you aren't sure if they look over 25, for ID for ANY age restricted products.

@ bambi99 - 11.12.15 - 10:39pm Yea,I have that at work too ...21 in our case ....some get really s**tty .... Used to be 21 here but it's 25 now. I'm actually meant to ID people who I have known for all my life if they don't look over 25. And if I did sell to someone under age I would lose my job and face a 2 grand fine myself. The company would have a much bigger fine. |
