Your marriage will break down only if either partner (or both) are an immature and selfish attention seeker. You are raising kids together, nothing should be bringing you closer than that. You have to put the kids first. If you don't, you shouldn't be bringing them into this world. In some ways it's probably best not to let them know this though, else they become demanding, self-centred, spoilt little shytes themselves. |
