@ eyesore - 7.04.16 - 03:30pm the nhs is overloaded with bureaucracy..fastest way to make a buisness efficient is to do just that, turn it into a business it is overloaded with bureaucracy, that's come about by meddling governments. so the problem wasn't there until someone tried to fix something. the NHS isn't a business and the trust system kinda proves that. |

@ 3mel - 7.04.16 - 03:29pm in every organisation it's the people on the shop floor who see first exactly what's wrong. the same people who are ignored by the high ups because whenever you have an idea or a plan, you can't wait to put it into action. people who actually work in the NHS could make a better job of fixing it than people who only ever read stats and talk to managers and civil servants... Shop floor and civil servants? That sounds like union tripe to me. |

If only they had an extra 9 million to throw at it....hang on Cameron would rather spend 9 million of tax payers pounds on leaflets promoting the Eu under the guise it's giving the public information on the referendum to get around timing rules and spending rules
