Sounds good, no it doesn't matter if someone died there. Most homes that are over 50 years old wouldve had a death in it and why should it affect the price?

i expect a lot of homes on the market are the result of someones relative passing away .. wouldn't bother me

Nah my first house both owners died no c*nt believes me but when i had gone to view the hoose i was told to get out clear as day in my left ear  i know i sound mental but true.Every now and then through the night you could hear someone walking up the stairs but never bothered me infact one of my fav homes ive had.

It wouldn't bother me at all. As Dodgey said most homes will have had a death occur in them.
