It's so cold today but I'm refusing to put on my heating, instead I'm wearing several layers and keeping busy. Is central heating a luxury we could do without half the time or should I just bang it on? |

I live in a top flat with an uninsulated loft above me and single pane windows. Fair to say my heating never goes on... I'd be may as well starting a wee money fire in the middle of my living room

I've got several dressing gowns (Robes) and slippers at the door for guests. I think I'm taking this energy saving thinking slightly over the top now. Next I might get a dynamo on the bike to charge my phone or some of them phone charging shoes! Boom
