Do you ever eat plain bland food IE sometimes i just have plain boiled rice nothing else just the rice. Or spagetti with nothing on it exept a load of black pepper and sometimes a bit of butter or marge ! what plain food if any do you like ? |

I omit bulk foods at the best of times. I avoid bread, pasta and rice to such a degree that i don't use them with curry, stir fry, anything. I just focus on eating the nutritional stuff, like meat, fruit and veg. I can eat them, i can eat a plain portion of chips, pasta or rice with only butter, but i'd have to be skint. And i've found a bread i like, though it's malted, brown, and packed with seeds. |

If I'm cooking for myself it's whatever goes in the microwave.... Herself cooks everything from scratch ....she's an amazing cook .. |

Nope. I've just had a vindaloo for my lunch and have a drink i made of garlic, chillis, ginger, tomatos and brocoli for tea. I can eat anything bland.

the plainest thing I've regularly enjoyed was a grated cheese sandwich on white bread with margarine with a coffee.
