I have a fitbit. Great for measuring hrm when exercising. Would you believe that hr increases when you have your period. I had tonsillitis and my hr went up to 120 bpm when I had my fever. It tracks distance, I have fitbit scales which measure body fat which is almost the same reading as getting a dexa scan so its money well spent. All sync with the app via wifi.

I'm also considering getting a fitbark when my foot heals and I can get back into hiking each weekend

Fitbark is the fitbit for dogs. My dog is my hiking buddy
