By doing so I found out that they weren't usually keeping track of what dosages I was on at the time of blood tests so I've lost years worth of really helpful information and it damaged my case

If there isnt such a law?Then there bleedin' well should be, Mine should make interesting reading anyway.! Patients are allowed and EPOA. Its their right to know and get access to it whenever needed. |
