My sister's dad has it, he has to wear an I.D thing on his neck chain so people know. Or did when i knew him as a kid. Either that or he was just a bit of a medallion man, and used it as an excuse. It was the '80s after all.

If your sisters dad has it your sister is a carrier, my daughter has it from her father all girls of men with haemophilla are carriers, it's the dodgy X chromosome passed on to daughters, my child has it mild thankfully but still has annual appointments and has to be careful with bumps, cuts and breakages of bones it's always a trip to the hosp for some ddavp which is synthetic factor 8. |

Yeah then if the female carrier has a boy or a girl it's a 50/50 chance of them getting the dodgy X chromosome from the mother...
