Then it went on to this bloke who kept kidnapping women and killing them. Forgot who it was. Doesn't look like there is much saving for such individuals other than to remove them from society. :) |

people will reoffend whilst temptation is in front of them or the need to have something they can't. and the powers that be are lapping it up. they get the dollar for it! so all these bollox, is irrelevant, get to the route of the problem!
