A man who stole an empty passenger plane from Seattle airport and then crashed it was an airline worker with full credentials, authorities say. The 29-year-old had worked for Horizon Air for more than three years, towing and tidying aircraft and loading bags. The man, named by US media as Richard Russell, took off late on Friday, forcing the airport to close while two fighter jets gave chase. |

Moss Side shooting: Two children among 10 injured. atening Two children were among 10 victims injured in a shooting in the Moss Side area of Manchester, police have said. Armed police were called to Claremont Road at about 02:30 BST. Police said the victims had pellet-type wounds that are not believed to be serious. One man is in a serious condition in hospital with leg wounds. The shooting took place at a street party being held after the first day of this weekend's Caribbean Carnival in Alexandra Park. |

he spoke to air traffic I think and said his life was falling apart. after doing a lot stunts with the plane over a small town (which terrified the residents) he plowed the plane into the ground of a small island.

I wonder if he practised on Flight Simulator before trying it out, he managed a barrel roll before buying the farm so that's one way to go.

I've been watching air crash investigations. lol those things can stay up in the sky sometimes with A LOT of stuff wrong with them, and the passengers not knowing, while the pilots are panicking. Think about that. Just sailing along on fuel or something. Raaa. I'm scared for my next flight now. Just kidding, I love it. I love a good hard landing. lol
