I've never agreed with teaching kids that violence gets shit done. I don't like the idea of taking parenting away from parents, so kids can rebel, knowing they can't be touched. It's not easy to satisfy both ideals, and ultimately, this law is in danger of helping cause more bad behaviour from brats who control their parents, whilst doing nothing to protect vulnerable kids being abused. |
