Looking at Uber Eats and Domino's Pizza going up... (People aren't going out) Apple going down (self explanatory) Can you anticipate anything else in the near future? |

That's more of a nostalgic fad. People have gotten too used to having unlimited music at their fingertips to go back in any serious fashion to media that can only store 18 tracks. Even downloading and storing is is old hat now, it's all streaming as and when needed.

Yeah i threw all my CDs out, i don't own music these days, i listen to everything straight off the web. Dafuq i want tapes for? Or even a device that'd play them? My phone has more music on it than i ever imagined i could ever own - in an instant. Also, tapes were utter shyte. They were noisy, it took an age to get from track 5 to track 12 if you wanted to listen to them in your preferred order, and when you put a tape in the player you were never quite sure if you'd get it back intact... We put up with them because they were all we had. I don't miss them being all over the floor of my car, down the sofa, in the washing machine... They were terrible. Any device, new or current. Enter my password, boom - any tune i want |

Uber Eats and similar services is just a niche market so it is not a good long term investment.

@ mok214 - 20.02.20 - 03:11pm Uber Eats and similar services is just a niche market so it is not a good long term investment. lolwut? The future is having as little interaction as possible and automating everything. Uber eats puts all food in one place and makes ordering to delivery easy. When the service is perfected and all areas of life are online and listening for your instruction, how will the service be niche? People don't phone to order their food any more lol |
