I thought you was on about technical problems at 1st. Our work group chat is always a good laugh as its all lads. My missus uni group chat full of women got very bi**hy and her and one other woman left it. It got quite pathetic really.

Companies usually have policies of what you can and can't do outside work, such as bringing the company into disrepute, bullying etc... If the Whatsapp group breaks those policies you could be disciplined or fired. What companies can do will only get worse for employees now the tories can do whatever they want.
