@ 3mel - 20.02.20 - 10:21am you're not on company phones I take it. you can say what you like about the boss, it's none of his or her business. This You can say what you like We have a works watsapp group it's for work talk not general chit chat about who's a di ck |

@ newt182 - 20.02.20 - 05:58pm Companies usually have policies of what you can and can't do outside work, such as bringing the company into disrepute, bullying etc... If the Whatsapp group breaks those policies you could be disciplined or fired. What companies can do will only get worse for employees now the tories can do whatever they want. Tories ruined WhatsApp groups. What will they ruin next |

@ eyesore - 20.02.20 - 09:11am Someone screenshot a convo in hours and sent it to out manager. Now we've been told admin in these groups are responsible for its content sounds right to me.... admin should delete inappropiate matter so that it doesn't escalate... it's a group to talk about work, not to gossip and bad mouth others.... it brings the morale down for a start... i don't agree with personal phone, can say what you want .... it's a work Whatsapp group, not a personal chat group and should be treated as such. |
