How do you cope? Is there someone you talk to? A routine you try? What if the thing bringing you down is a member of your family and you can't leave the situation? Where do you turn? |

I had an epiphany and I haven't had the propensity to be sad about anything since. Just have one of those |

Violence is always the answer. Unless the question is 'would you like some cake?' in which case, it's 50/50.

External help may help. Someone totally outside a circle of family, and friends. That way its a clean canvas to what ever is affecting mental health issues. Could be a counciler, or charity like MIND but no one should suffer in silence that is for sure.

Fk em. I sacked off everyone who was toxic. This included my parents. It's you and the world. You don't get anywhere standing still. You are your only true friend in life. But there are people out there worth knowing, and a life to be had. That's where you need to go, and work to. But have yourself first. Rise above petty things. You're doing yourself no favours worrying about stuff that just doesn't matter. |
