How many times are you washing? Too often and you could be damaging your hands?

Same here. And the cold isnt helping. You need to get a good moisturiser and apply as often as you can.

What 9362 said. You dont need to obsess over washing your hands just wash them normally. Try carex that's usually good on sensitive skin.

@ 9362 - 17.03.20 - 07:56pm How many times are you washing? Too often and you could be damaging your hands? More or less every 20mins maybe not even that I'm paranoid as fu*k over everything that's touched I feel like I've had my hand inside a kettle |

@ corpse81 - 17.03.20 - 07:57pm This looks like an irritation though? Probably a reaction from the handwash you have been using, That's what I thought so got different soaps and not one has changed the problem I've got hydromol I'm sure I heard that can be used as soap but not sure if its powerfull enough for a good scrub |

Use a cream like e45 or cetraben it will help with the burning. Looks sore

There must be something in it that your skin reacts to. Id use an antibacterial or antiviral handwash, and then a good moisturiser. I have seen sorbolene does help. |
