I wouldn't be too concerned about losing work. Except in the case of particular employers being particularly insistent etc. The vaccination rollout is as leaky as any other government scheme. Exemptions abound. I'm pro vax but in the case of this one, whatever. I ain't tellin people what to do. |

Oh except for my youngest daughter. I make medical decisions on her behalf and she is having it. I have a very complicated relationship with this subject lmao.

I discussed this with the brat. I was impartial, told her everything i know, if in a bit of a nutshell. She says she's not having it, and will fight anyone who tries.

@ mikeymk - 31.07.21 - 04:19pm I discussed this with the brat. I was impartial, told her everything i know, if in a bit of a nutshell. She says she's not having it, and will fight anyone who tries. Yeah I told Chel all about it too. At first she just sat and listened like a potato while turning a noisy toy on and off, then she jumped the counter and screamed for 20 minutes when she was led out of the kitchen and told she couldn't have the milk, all while still patiently explaining the pros and cons of the vaccine and it's potential side effects versus the likelyhood of a bad bout of corona given her comorbidities. Finally, she headbutted me, then the wall, bit a chunk out of a random shoe, then ran and Chellyflopped on her bed. It was a good chat. Then as her medical guardian I decided she was gonna have it anyway when she gets anaesthetised next week. |

Wait until she's had her milk, is all dopey in your arms, then tell her it's for the best. She'll accept it eventually. If she complains when she's older, just tell her times were different then. |

She can't have the fu*kin' milk, okay? If she complains when she's older it will be the best day of my life. |
