@ dodgey - 26.04.20 - 01:34am Absolutely no reason to wear one but they are an improvement for ugly people if a sufferer has been in the same area you're now in and coughed or sneezed a few times, even a cheap mask will stop the aerosol droplets from being breathed in. having a mask on won't guarantee you survive, but it will eliminate some threats. |

Or I could just not touch my face and wash my hands when I get home. |

@ 3mel - 26.04.20 - 02:28am will stop the aerosol droplets from being breathed in. can you wash out your lungs when you get home ? Yes but if I'm wearing a mask what will stop any droplets from entering my eyes? Masks are pointless. Wash your hands and keep to the 2 metre rule is the best advice. |

some of us wear glasses, plus it's your internal organs where it takes root and tries to multiply. the journey from your eyes to anywhere else is much harder for it compared to going straight into your lungs. you do whatever you want though. |

I will do what I want, the eyes are the best route of entry by the way, been proven by Chinese doctors and the droplets don't travel anywhere near 2 metres so stick to the rule of 2 metres and its fine. |

@ xivanax - 26.04.20 - 02:17am Why would i want to protect me from others. If i have covid then am isolating Are ppl wearing masks and going out while infected with covid? Not everybody knows they're infected. Majority of people don't start showing symptoms for at least a week, and some people are asymptomatic. They could be infecting other people without realising. Masks aren't foolproof, but they're not useless either |

it would have to go thru the skin or eyeball, into the bloodstream and survive the immune system on the way and hope to get somewhere it can multiply. the lungs are that exact type of place http://youtu.be/BtN-goy9VOY 4th time this video has been shared here. |
