Who gave birth to a child has lost his latest legal bid to be registered on the birth certificate as the father rather then the mother. He had appealed against a decision made by a high court judge that a person who carries and gives birth to a baby is legally a mother. He wanted to be named father or parent on the document. He plans to appeal to the Supreme Court |

The birth certificate belongs to the child, not the parents. Let the child decide when he's 16 or 18. I do wonder how these kids will turn out that have been brought up genderless or by their dad thats actually there mum types. They could turn out fine or there could be issues. We're in uncharted territory.
