@ bambi60 - 7.08.20 - 05:52pm The jobs are there , they get paid about four quid an hour and it's the guys that want to pay that to them rather than decent wages for a decent life that are to blame ...that's why they (immigrant labour) work in care homes ,abbatoirs and meat processing plants etc and live in HMOs (whose landlords make a killing too) Democracy and Capitalism Which is why brexit and the ability to control our borders would help |

@ ogdenz - 7.08.20 - 09:41pm Who said it does? I said that to point out that it just does not appear out of nowhere. If you bring in alot more ppl who have nothing to start with you need to conjure jobs for them and then come up with a way of them bringing in more money from the competitive market. They are not just printing more money to hand out. Automatisation of the industries is by itself getting ppl unemployed. If you add more ppl you add even more struggles to come up with jobs. Just creating jobs to fill in spots does not produce any more money to the circulation. Not to mention sustaining a larger group of ppl with food and healthcare. |

@ 9362 - 8.08.20 - 01:24am Which is why brexit and the ability to control our borders would help Smaller individual countries and smaller covernment are always a better thing. Ppl can decide what is best for them inside there own borders and smaller covernment has more insight hands on. If it goes thru a filter of hundreds of lying and weaseling politicians the interest of the ppl will fade and money will also vanish into the middlemans pockets. |
