Access is great if you're going to use it. That'd be a better fire escape too. I'd like a good view. And space for your things where you want them. Rather a room I'm happy in, than one a bit bigger that doesn't work so well for me. I'd love a balcony, an exterior door could have similar benefit. I love it that my front room gets sun, blinds save glare on the telly. But I still need blackout blinds for the bedroom, I don't think sun's so much an issue (but then I live in England). |

@ bambi60 - 13.07.20 - 08:15pm If it's a private courtyard (yours only) then good , more important for me would be light....the one that doesn't get a.m sun wins ... |

Thanks. Both courtyards are private. There's a communal one by the main entrance also but there's no windows to it.
I don't really have anything in my bedroom other than a bed and bedside tables |

@ zonino - 13.07.20 - 04:16pm So im moving into a 2 bedroom apartment. I can't decide which room I want. What factors would you consider when choosing between both? Size. Nature in view. Windows/natural light in the room. Most importantly, distance from the toilet! |

Do you live alone? I'd choose the safest option for my kiddo, then have the other one.

enquiring minds wanna know, which one did you go for and any chance of a court yard pic if it doesn't reveal anything about your whereabouts ?
